Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mail Clerk to join our mailroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and preparing incoming mail for digital scanning and ensuring all documentation is accurately processed. This role requires basic computer literacy, physical stamina, and the ability to follow strict workplace protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open, sort, and prepare incoming mail for digital scanning
• Operate scanning equipment and assist with physical glass copies
• Lift and move mail trays weighing up to 50 lbs
• Perform bending, twisting, standing, and sitting tasks throughout the day
• Follow directions accurately in English
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces
• Comply with all safety and operational guidelines
• Perform additional mailroom duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to read and follow instructions in English
• Basic computer knowledge (used for training and scanning)
• Comfortable with physical tasks: lifting (10–50 lbs), standing, bending
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Punctual and reliable with a team-oriented mindset

P referred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a mailroom, scanning center,or print environment
• Familiarity with scanning and printing equipment
