Our client, a leading electronics manufacturer, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well independently and within a team.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain SMT, Select Solder, and/or Wave Solder machinery
• Read and interpret industry standards, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as applicable
• Setup, program, and/or load circuit boards to machines
• Participate in company or special training classes with emphasis on employee improvement

What's Needed?

• Minimum of high school diploma/equivalent or minimum two (2) years of related electronic machine experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of IPC 610 and J-STD001 workmanship criteria
• Ability to work standing for long periods of time and around HOT machinery
• Basic computer proficiency: ability to learn and use ERP system and related programs for machines
