Machine Operator / Machine Technician - Direct Hire
2nd Shift

Our client, an industry leader in in Green Bay, WI, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring high-quality production and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI

Shift: Monday – Friday; 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, 

What's the Job?

  • Maintain and operate production machinery to ensure smooth manufacturing processes
  • Inspect and measure parts for conformity and quality standards
  • Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions or deviations in machining operations
  • Restart or start equipment after power outages or interruptions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand production equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Physical ability to operate machinery and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
