Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)
Pay Rate: $35/hr W2

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mac Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users, focusing on macOS and Apple devices . This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, onboarding new users, and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth operations.

Work Schedule:

• Training Period (First 4 Weeks): Onsite Monday & Wednesday, 8 AM PST  

• Post-Training: Hybrid schedule – Onsite Monday & Thursday, 6 AM PST

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Mac computers, macOS, and Apple devices (MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, iPads)
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for local and remote users
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring seamless setup of Apple devices
• Support AV systems, Office 365 on Mac, and Apple networking technologies
• Train staff on the use of Apple products and provide best practice guidelines
• Oversee IT asset management , including ordering, distribution, and retirement of Apple devices
• Administer end-user accounts and access management for Mac-based systems

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of Mac IT support or helpdesk experience
• Strong macOS troubleshooting skills and experience with Apple hardware
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite on Mac , networking concepts, and Apple technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in IT (preferred) or equivalent experience
