Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mac Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users, focusing on macOS and Apple devices . This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, onboarding new users, and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth operations.
Work Schedule:
Training Period (First 4 Weeks): Onsite Monday & Wednesday, 8 AM PST
Post-Training: Hybrid schedule – Onsite Monday & Thursday, 6 AM PST
