Job Description
- Serve as main point-of-contact for Founders and support Founders in their mission of building a best-in-class female-focused lingerie brand.
- Supervise, train and assist employees in client hospitality
- Develop and maintain a schedule for employees monthly. Track time worked, PTO/TO for payroll purposes.
- Maintain a schedule of promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles. Curate special events throughout the year to further the brand's mission and develop brand following. Seek ways to promote the store via charitable and community outreach, social media and events. Consistently arrange content for Social Media.
- Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with vendors to ensure that all clientele have a successful shopping experience. Knowledge of Shopify platform a must. Oversee e-commerce fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Visually merchandise the boutique in a visually pleasingly way to present offerings in their best light.
- Implement training of employees on product lines and best practices to ensure proper knowledge of all products and offerings.
- Track established KPIs and make business recommendations based on performance.
- Manage all controllable costs thoughtfully to effectuate the best outcomes
- Ensure the store remains spotless and presentable at all times.
- Implement a personal shopping program for VIP clientele
- Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is available to provide outstanding client service.
