International ethical jewellery designer, Pippa Small, is a Mother, Anthropologist, and Human Rights Activist, is known for her sustainable collaborations with artisans around the world.

Pippa Small Jewellery is seeking a dynamic, charismatic and experienced high-end retail professional on a full time basis for our boutique in Santa Monica CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a true representative of the Pippa Small Brand
• Provide a high standard of customer service
• Optimize all opportunities to grow your client book and acquire new clients
• Demonstrate superior interpersonal & communication talent
• Foster open constructive communication with team members, always collaborative and proposing effective solutions.
• Discuss and convey interest with clients on knowledge of art, film, theatre, Philosophy, Fashion.
• Carry out additional tasks as requested by the management
• Fantastic sense of humor

Personal Profile

• A minimum of 4 years luxury retail sales experience, preferably within a jewellery environment
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Positive, 'can do' attitude and willingness to be involved with all projects.
• Highly organized and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear effective communication with all management and colleagues.
• Enthusiastic with a passion for jewellery.

• Working hours are from 10am to 6pm
