Job Duties May Include: * PRN, Self-Scheduling and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living Settings * Nursing care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease * Aide with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake * Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises * Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes, as needed * Work with a team of nurse aides and/or medication aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed * Observe patient and notify facility supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment * Other nursing responsibilities, as needed What do we offer? * PRN to Part-Time with Full-Time Contract Eligibility * Self-scheduling * Pay: $40-$42+ per hour, paid weekly and/or biweekly * Remote Onboarding, virtual orientation * Day Shifts, Evening Shifts, Overnight Shifts * 8 Hour, 10 Hour, 12 Hour LPN opportunities * 24/7 Contact with our Sioux Falls on-call team * New Hire Bonus * Retention and Quarterly Bonuses * Contract Completion Bonus * Holiday Pay * Free Continued Education Credits * Company match 401K Retirement Plan Experience: * Active LPN License within South Dakota or Iowa, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility * Maintains required certification(s) * Experience highly preferred but not required * Must be 18 years of age, or older For additional information and immediate consideration please apply.
