* Min. 2 years experience as LPN/LVN
* BLS Certification
* Active LPN License
*Job Summary*
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and support within healthcare settings. Your expertise will be instrumental in assisting physicians and registered nurses in delivering comprehensive medical services to patients.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
* Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately
* Assist with medical procedures such as botulinum toxin treatment, spinal taps, and dialysis
* Provide compassionate care to patients in various specialties including dementia care, critical care, geriatrics, ophthalmology, and cardiac catheterization
* Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients
*Experience*
* Practical nursing experience in acute care settings is preferred
* Proficiency in patient assessment and clinical skills
* Familiarity with a range of medical procedures and treatments
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
* Current LPN license and CPR certification
