We are looking for an LPN to welcome into our practice. The ideal person will display mature leadership skills and have the ability to muti-task and plan forward.
Responsibilities:
- Room patients
- Medical history and medication reconciliation
- Chart prep
- Triage patient calls and follow through with clinical patient requests
- Allergy testing
- Inventory and ordering of back office supplies
- Authorizations for RX
- Assist chairside for in office surgery
- Maintain OSHA compliance records
- Maintain medical team schedules and timecards
Qualifications:
- Associate degree, bachelor degree, or diploma from an approved nursing program
- Current licensure by the relevant state nursing board
- Certifications as required such as BLS, CPR, and ACLS
- 3 years experience in healthcare preferred
- Private practice experience preferred
- Exeperience with EHR a must
- Familiar with OSHA compliance
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
