We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Nephrologist to join our dynamic medical team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on patient lives. The successful candidate will be required to work on a locum basis, providing flexibility and the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of clinical settings.
Shift: 24- hour call coverage
Schedule:
Jan 1, 2025- Jan 11, 2025
Jan 27, 2025- Feb 8, 2025
Feb 24, 2025- Mar 8, 2025

Patients per day: 15
Beds in Dept: 176
Cases:
Management of Dialysis Patients (Hemo and CRRT required, Peritoneal preferred)
Management of post-renal transplants
Renal Biopsy
Hemodialysis catheter placement
Plasmapheresis required
Support Staff:
1 RNs
2 MAs
1 APP
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
EMR: MediTech
Qualifications:
- Must be Board Certified
- Must be Minnesota licensed or have IMLC
- Must have an active BLS and DEA
- Must have an active ACLS from the AHA
