\n Compensation: $40-52/hr.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support preschool-aged students (ages 3–5) in a school-based setting in the Coalinga, CA area. This is a full-time, in-person role beginning with the 2025–2026 school year.
\n\nWhile bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly preferred, all qualified SLPs are encouraged to apply.
\n\nSpeech Language Pathologist Position Details:
\n\nCaseload of up to 45 preschool students
\n\t\n\t1 paraprofessional aide to assist in the classroom
\n\t\n\tIn-person, site-based services
\n\t\n\tCollaboration with early childhood teams and IEP development required
\n\t\nIdeal Candidates Will Have:
\n\nActive California SLP license
\n\t\n\tExperience working with early childhood populations
\n\t\n\tComfort delivering therapy in both individual and group settings
\n\t\n\tStrong communication skills for working with families and educators
\n\t\n\tBilingual fluency (Spanish/English) is a plus
