Job Description

CSP has partnered with a long-standing financial institution to identify a detail-oriented professional with experience in commercial, consumer, and mortgage lending. Familiarity with TRID and document preparation is key to success in this role. The Loan Operations Processor/Specialist supports daily loan operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include preparing documentation in Laser Pro, coordinating settlements, processing payments and lien filings, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and bank policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process loan documentation (consumer, mortgage, commercial) using Laser Pro.
• Input new loans into the core system and set up payment schedules.
• Maintain loan files, process payments, and resolve posting issues.
• File and perfect liens, including mortgages, deeds of trust, and vehicle titles.
• Complete TRID-compliant closing disclosures.
• Track and clear documentation exceptions; monitor UCC filings and insurance.
• Reconcile general ledger settlement accounts; input wire transfers.
• Collaborate with loan officers to ensure policy compliance.

Compliance:

• Follow all bank policies and federal/state regulations (BSA, SARs, etc.).
• Safeguard customer information and complete required compliance training.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of loan operations experience.
• Working knowledge of TRID disclosures.
• Experience with Laser Pro or similar document prep systems.
• Background in processing consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
