Wildcat Lending is a leading provider of hard money loans, specializing in real estate investment financing. We pride ourselves on our fast, flexible funding solutions for real estate investors, developers, and business owners. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and tailored financial solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Build, source, and maintain client relationships.
• Originate loans and analyze loan portfolios daily.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and Marketing to identify opportunities to meet loan volume goals.
• Work directly with borrowers from intake to close, ensuring an efficient and accurate process.
• Business development, including travel within your assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan production goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong computer skills
• Efficient, accurate, and organized
• Highly self-motivated and disciplined

Experience:

• Mortgage servicing: 2 years or more (a plus)
• Sales experience
• Real Estate experience
• Familiarity with a CRM
• Cold calling experience
