We are seeking an experienced mortgage loan officer with strong marketing, communication, and analysis skills to join our team and assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage for their new home purchase. $75,000 - $200,000

• Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements
• Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business
• Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
• Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions
• Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, real estate, or a related field
• Understand a variety of loans such as: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
• 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required
• Maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry
• Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability

• We work directly with our C21 Realtors and our Inside sales staff with buyer appointments being made for our loan officers.
