Job Summary:

Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG) is seeking a Project Scheduler for Pharmaceutical Plant Projects who will be responsible for creating long- and short-term plans, setting milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources efficiently. The individual will work under the highest ethical standards to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology industries.
• Experience in direct process/manufacturing areas.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish with excellent oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, MS Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong understanding of cGxP and regulatory guidance.
• Technical writing skills and investigations processes.
• Availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Delegating tasks on the project to team members.
• Identifying and managing risks of multiple projects.
• Assisting in defining project scope and goals.
• Making effective decisions for project progression.
• Serving as a point of contact for project teams.
• Communicating with executives to align project goals.
• Performing quality control throughout project development.
• Adjusting schedules and targets as necessary.
• Motivating project team members to meet deadlines.
