The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engage with customers through live chat to provide prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Assist customers in navigating our website, resolving technical issues, and providing product information
• Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance and resolution
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer concerns

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat or online support environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in using live chat software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
