Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Details Requirements:
- 3 Years of Litigation Attorney experience within Business, Property, and/or Construction
- Public procurement/contract negotiation experience for construction-related contracts desired
- Property law experience, including drafting & negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other property acquisition processes
- Dispute resolution experience, including mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Education law experience and/or public entity experience preferred, but not required
- Admission to the California State Bar.
