Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lighting/Visual Tech to join our team! As our Lighting/Visual Tech you will be responsible for leading in the installation and operation of the lighting and visual effects used in production for the Church in the Son campus. 

Responsibilities 

• Coordinate lighting for services and events for the campus including overseeing and scheduling all contract and volunteer lighting designers, operators, etc
• Content creation for LED wall 
• Facilitate training, recruitment, and serving opportunities for lighting volunteers
• Partner with the production team on maintenance and upkeep of all lighting equipment and processes
• Participate in lighting plot layout decisions and rigging to support stage designs
• Liaise with other departments for lighting and stage design needs
• Provide spiritual leadership and foster team community

Qualifications

• Equipment knowledge, Lighting board Onyx Nx4, Video wall, processors RGB link, Propresenter 6 & 7
• Team player
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
