Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel contract opportunity in Wellsboro, PA. This assignment is in a 120-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Duration: 13-Week Travel Assignment
Schedule Options:
Variable shifts (32-40 hours per week) with flexibility
Days and evenings (primarily days) – 40 hours per week
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys working in a skilled nursing environment with rehabilitation patients and long-term residents. The selected candidate will work alongside a multidisciplinary care team, providing essential nursing care and support to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on patient care in a skilled nursing setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy support
Assist in short-term rehabilitation and respite care services
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and therapy teams for optimal patient outcomes
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 1 year as an LPN in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
Licensure & Certifications:
Required: Active Pennsylvania LPN License
Preferred: BLS (AHA)
