Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel contract opportunity in Muncy, PA. This assignment is in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility providing comprehensive short-term rehab and long-term skilled nursing care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Position Overview:
This role is ideal for an LPN who thrives in a skilled nursing setting, supporting rehabilitation patients and long-term care residents. The selected candidate will work alongside a multidisciplinary care team, providing compassionate nursing care and assisting patients in achieving their highest level of independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Assist with physical, occupational, and speech therapy care plans
Monitor vital signs, wound care, and overall patient progress
Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and therapists to ensure high-quality care
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 1 year as an LPN in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
Licensure & Certifications:
Required: Active Pennsylvania LPN License
Preferred: BLS (AHA)
