Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Agent with at least two years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance to join our team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who excels in customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Customer Relations Representative to ensure exceptional service levels by interacting with customers, addressing complaints, and responding to inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.
- Write and manage new property and casualty insurance business, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize expert knowledge of industry products and services to offer solutions that meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years' experience with a Property and Casualty license.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
Skills: - Empathy: Ability to understand and share the feelings of others, creating a positive and supportive customer experience.
- Problem Solving: Skilled at identifying solutions to complex issues with a strategic approach.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in relevant insurance products, regulations, and market trends.

- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, ensuring all work is completed on schedule and to a high standard.
Additional Information: Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 34 per week
