Position Summary: We are seeking a licensed CNA caregiver to provide personalized and compassionate care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a heart for service, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Village Caregiving will sponsor and pay for caregivers to obtain their Home Health Aide endorsement. Responsibilities: * Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. * Provide companionship and emotional support. * Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. * Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the Care Coordinator. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. * Ensure client safety and comfort at all times. Qualifications: * Current CNA license in Wyoming. * Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related field preferred. * Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and follow a care plan. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. * Ability to pass a background check.
