Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Eglin Hospital, Eglin AFB, FL (full-time)

What you’ll do:

• Provide mental health assessments, individual/group/family/couples therapy, and develop/implement treatment plans.
• Coordinate referrals to community and government agencies.
• Consult with medical staff, commanders, legal authorities, and schools as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical and medical records and prepare evaluation/treatment reports.
• Participate in military-specific screenings/training (e.g., PTSD, deployment) and professional/quality -improvement meetings.
• Supervise and direct supporting government employees when assigned.
• Perform administrative duties (statistics, education, quality functions) and may lead committees or programs.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 9 hours/day scheduled between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, 1-hour lunch

Qualifications:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program ✅
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience within the last 5 years (DoD or VA experience preferred)
• Active, unrestricted LCSW license from any state ✅
• Current AHA or ARC BLS Healthcare Provider certification (or obtain before start)
• Able to pass government background check/security clearance ️
