Assist with preparing briefs, e-filing, discovery, pre-trial motions and other legal documents. This attorney tries aviation cases nationwide and is often sought after for comment regarding aviation issues by CNN and other news outlets. Assist with travel and speaking arrangements, time entry, and billing. Must have excellent typing, spelling, and grammar skills. This is an interesting niche area of law to be involved in!
