We are looking for a passionate Legal Counsel who will primarily partner with our Sales team to enable Skai's growth. The Legal Counsel will be part of the companys global Legal team, reporting to the General Counsel.
The ideal candidate must be a qualified attorney with at least 7 years of experience in an in-house legal department, including experience advising on a wide array of commercial transactions. The candidate should be thorough, thoughtful, detail-oriented, flexible, self-driven, collaborative, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines.
The salary range for this position is $180,000 - 190,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicants experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data. This position is eligible for additional bonus compensation, full details will be provided during the recruitment process. We are hybrid for the long term with a three days in-office per week arrangement.
