As the Billing Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for managing over $1 billion in client invoices annually. Your leadership, talent management, and customer service skills will be critical in driving process excellence and ensuring elite service to our partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Billing Specialists
- Prioritize and delegate daily, monthly, and other team priorities
- Resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with firm policies
- Assess and enhance team processes
- Collaborate with other departments and support strategic initiatives
- Communicate with partners to facilitate problem resolution
- Promote a positive and collaborative team culture
- Lead team projects and perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five years of professional services experience
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
