Leasing Agent to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where every day brings new challenges and rewards.
Location: Lakewood, CO
Shift: 1st shift, with some weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities: As a Leasing Agent, you will:
- Conduct Apartment Tours : Give prospective tenants engaging and informative tours, showcasing the unique features and amenities of our apartments.
- Handle Applications : Manage the entire application process, from reviewing to verifying information and communicating with applicants.
- Respond to Inquiries : Provide accurate and helpful information via phone, email, or in-person about our properties, leasing terms, and availability.
- Facilitate Lease Renewals : Work with current tenants to smoothly renew leases, addressing any concerns that arise.
- Website Management : Monitor inquiries and applications from our website, ensuring prompt responses and up-to-date information.
- Verify Property Information : Ensure prospective tenants have the correct details about the property, including amenities, lease terms, and policies.
- Work Order Management : Process and coordinate work orders to ensure maintenance requests are handled promptly.
- Assist with Rent Collection : Help manage rent payments, ensuring timely collection and accurate record-keeping.
