If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School diploma or equivalent, required AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, preferred 2+ years experience in similar role Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
