JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES •To collect all soiled linens and terry using the appropriate containers and bins
•To prepare all soiled linens and terry to be sent offsite for washing and folding
•To receive all completed linens and terry prepared offsite
•To deliver all linen and terry to guest floors for use
•To respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve
maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
•To comply with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Education: High school education or equivalent experience
Experience: At least 6 months experience within the same or similar position with Four Seasons or other organization.
Skills and Abilities: Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
ENVIRONMENT (Physical Job Requirements): This position requires a considerable amount of physical activity; should be able to
•Work a full shift standing
•Lift/Push/Pull/Carry objects up to 100lbs
•Ability to walk, bend, kneel and climb stairs throughout full shift
•Ability to work inside and outside; Subject to all weather conditions; including: sun, wind, and rain
•Ability to work with chemical/agents as needed
•Ability to work in cramped quarters; between laundry and storage areas
•Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
•Ability to operate uniform/laundry/housekeeping equipment
•Hearing/speech/vision/literacy ability to have one on one communication with guests and employees and to perform job functions and duties as assigned
•Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
