We provides site development civil engineering and land surveying services primarily focused on smaller (1-2 acre) commercial development projects. In support of these projects, Our survey team provides field and office surveying for ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, topography surveys, subdivision mapping, and construction staking services.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform one-man field surveys for ALTA, topographic, and construction staking projects.

• Travel to project sites, including out-of-town assignments, as needed.

• Operate GPS, robotic total stations, and other modern survey equipment.

• Interpret plans, prepare field notes, and ensure accurate data collection.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of field surveying experience (ALTA, topographic, and/or construction staking preferred).

• Strong proficiency with survey equipment (GPS, total stations, data collectors).

• Comfortable working independently in the field.

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or survey data processing software.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
