The Junior Talent Manager at Mythic Talent plays a crucial role in supporting the talent management team in developing and managing the careers of our talent roster. Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Talent Manager, your key responsibilities involve supporting Senior Talent Managers in various aspects of talent representation and career management.
Assisting Senior Talent Managers
Communication Coordination
Talent Scouting and Recruitment Support
Database Maintenance
Appointment and Travel Arrangements
Administrative Support
Industry Networking
Creative Brainstorming
Ad-hoc Tasks and Projects
In addition to the responsibilities above, you may be asked to perform additional related duties from time to time
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications
Knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, advertising, and talent management
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1 year of experience in talent management, marketing, or campaign management preferred
Experience working in Hubspot preferred
