Position: Supply Chain and Sales Administrator (Entry-Level)
Location: Coral Gables, Florida

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Logistics and Sales Support Manager to support our operations in a fast-paced environment from our office in Coral Gables. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn our business, with opportunities to grow into a future role in sales or logistics. The successful candidate will provide critical administrative support to our supply chain and sales teams, leveraging strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with order processing, tracking, and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery of premium produce products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to support supply chain operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales orders, inventory, and shipping documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Utilize Excel to analyze supply chain and sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and update presentations in PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and update databases with relevant supply chain and sales information.
  • Support the preparation of analytical reports to drive operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Contribute to process improvements through data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the North American operations team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (recent graduates welcome to apply).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools) and PowerPoint (e.g., creating professional presentations).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for learning and a proactive attitude toward professional growth.
  • Interest in supply chain, logistics, or sales within a sustainable, socially responsible business.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the produce industry is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in Spanish a plus
