Junior Staff Accountant

Hybrid Schedule

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate coding for corporate credit cards, create entries for posting. Upon joining, cleanup of old charges that require coding and reconciliation
• Process ACH payments for card payments
• Create journal entries to be input into MIP
• Communicate with Senior Leadership regarding discrepancies
• Assist with month end close preparation

Experience Preferred:

• 2+ years of related experience, basic accounting knowledge preferred
• Basic - Intermediate Excel skills required
• Bachelors Degree a plus
• Nonprofit experience not required, all encouraged to apply!
