is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented
Junior Software Engineer
to join on our team in the
Chantilly, VA
area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Building s oftware and web development
Driving software design, development, integration, configuration management, transition planning, acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
Continuous IntegrationAutomated TestingDevOps .
Basic Qualifications :
Experience with Agile software development experience JavaJEE, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Docker, Kube rn etes, Rancher, GitLab, ElasticSearch , Grafana, Kibana .
Experience with Web Development .
Experience with Cloud-based technologies (familiarity with AWS service offerings) .
Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline .
Experience with designing and documenting microservice-based architectures .
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases .
Experience with distributed systems (services and databases) .
Experience with developing /debugging and/or testing of web applications and web services .
Experience with Test, Verification, and Deployment .
B.S. in a technical field with 2 + years of software engineering experience
OR
Master's Degree in a technical field with 0+ years of systems engineering experience.
Security Clearance Requirements:
An active and currentTS/SCI w/ polyis required .
Physical Requirements
:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
