This is a key position responsible for the administration of the SED crawler business. Including quote management, seeking approval for the booking, and releasing of product for customer sales, working with other business lines on local modifications for the Australian market. Supporting the greater SRD business and sales team as required.. Responsibilities Understand and perform all administrative process required from ordering equipment from the factory to customer delivery. Work with the engineering team on local builds to maintain agreed delivery dates, costs, and quality. Maintaining quote templates with the latest information. Updating the sales team and customers as required. Engagement with the other product manages around marketing and conferences Develop a understand the other business lines and how their product interacts/fits with capital equipment sales Manage relationships with internal stakeholders; foster positive relationship with the other business lines to maximize all Epiroc opportunities. There are several attributes that the successful applicant will need to possess, which include: Computer competent, use of words, excel and PDF.
