About the Opportunity
The Photography Assistant plays a vital role in our daily photography operations, ensuring the efficient movement and delivery of products according to the established routine schedule. This position involves sorting products and ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate departments while adhering to product lifecycle requirements. The Photography Assistant is responsible for scanning items to maintain accurate inventory records and maintaining a clean work area. Additionally, the Photo Assistant assists with basic operations tasks as needed and delivers necessary supplies to the respective departments. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
- Sort and organize products according to established guidelines
- Deliver products to the appropriate operations departments, including scanning inventory based on a routine schedule
- Assist team with taking pictures of products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the department
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with delivering supplies as needed to support the operations of the respective department
- Other task as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Prior retail or product handling experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30lbs
- Ability to work in a production environment including standing 95% of the time
- Ability to be detail oriented
- Ability to keep organized
- Ability to work some nights, weekends, or holidays with advance notice
- Prior experience operating a hand held device (Plus)
- Prior experience product handling high end luxury goods (Plus)
- Prior experience working with Single SKU inventory / knowledge (Plus)

Compensation
- This position begins at $19/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Carlsbad, CA location.
Work Shift
- This is a Part-Time Position (~25 Hours per week)
- Monday- Friday 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
