The successful candidate will handle a variety of substantive litigation matters, including complex litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, contract disputes, and intellectual property disputes. Demonstrably superior legal writing skills are essential. Duties: Handle a variety of substantive litigation matters, including complex litigation, corporate and partnership disputes, contract disputes, and intellectual property disputes. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Draft and respond to written discovery requests. Manage document discovery, including review, organization, and production of documents. Conduct legal research on complex legal issues. Assist with depositions, motion hearings, arbitrations, and trials (if applicable). Assist with pre-trial preparation and trial support. Collaborate with partners, senior attorneys, and other team members on case strategy and management. Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams. Requirements: 2-4 years of meaningful experience in civil litigation. Demonstrably superior legal writing skills. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Experience with written discovery and document management. Ability to conduct legal research on complex legal issues. Experience with depositions, motion hearings, arbitrations, and trials (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
