Robert Half's retail client in Central NJ is looking for a Junior Production Designer/Graphic Designer for a long-term contract with the potential to convert full-time. This position is 5 days/week onsite.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Production Designer to join our team and support both print and digital production design tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic production design tasks across print and digital formats.
• Communicate with the product team and occasionally with factories regarding color and design issues.
• Support the production team with various design-related tasks that do not require extensive experience or advanced design skills.
• Collaborate with senior designers to ensure accuracy and consistency in production files.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidates are welcome
• Basic understanding of design principles and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
