POSITION: Junior Graphic Designer REPORTS TO: Art Director BURLEBO is a men’s lifestyle brand promoting adventure and providing apparel for the athlete, outdoors, and family. Understanding of branding, typography, and layout design. Basic knowledge of social media trends and how design impacts engagement. THIS HIRE IS EXPECTED TO... Collaborate with the creative team to design high-quality visuals for digital and print materials. Assist in creating social media graphics, email campaigns, website assets, and marketing materials . Edit and refine existing designs based on feedback from the Art Director and Creative Director.. Maintain brand consistency across all creative projects. Work efficiently under deadlines and be adaptable to changing priorities. Occasionally assist Art Director with design for clothing collection, preparing tech packs, or helping with edits to collections in development Be willing to step in and help with warehouse operations during high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday Sale).
