As the Junior Event Coordinator, you will work closely with senior coordinators and various departments to ensure that all aspects of our events run smoothly, from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from start to finish
• Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and clients to fulfill event requirements
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
• Assist with the creation of event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage
• Prepare and manage event budgets under the supervision of senior coordinators
• Coordinate on-site event activities and provide support during events

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
