Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking a Junior Data Visualization Analyst to join their team. As a Junior Data Visualization Analyst, you will be part of the Data Analytics department supporting Economists and other treasury and capital market-focused financial professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job? - Provide technical support for Power BI applications, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
- Assist users in creating, modifying, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with the IT and Data Analytics teams to enhance reporting capabilities and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to promote effective use of Power BI tools.
- Analyze user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in reporting and data visualization.
What's Needed? - Bachelor's degree in information technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query, is highly desirable.
