WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re adding to our team and seek bright, analytical, driven individuals to our Chicago team. We need team members eager to take on different roles as we grow, with responsibilities across our practice areas.

• Data analysis
  • Analyze client data and develop strategies to address client business needs
  • Partner with our modeling / execution specialists to ensure strategies are properly implemented
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and lead associated implementation efforts
• Predictive Modeling / Segmentation
  • Help identify opportunities for predictive modeling to enhance strategies
  • Assist throughout the model-building process (ex: data gathering and preparation, model validation/scoring)
• Reporting
  • Develop and automate reporting to assess marketing campaign performance
  • Assess performance of modeled outcomes
  • Build or enhance client-facing reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets, and present results

WHAT YOUR BACKGROUND AND SKILLS MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s with focus on analytic / quantitative skills
• Experience or interest in learning:
  • Programming (SAS, SQL, R, Python, Visual Basic)
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Leveraging data to improve business results
