Junior Controls Hardware Designer (Entry-Level)

Are you a recent graduate eager to kickstart your career in electrical engineering and industrial automation ? We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Controls Hardware Designer to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing electrical designs for control systems , including creating schematics , wiring diagrams , and panel layouts .
• Support the selection and specification of electrical components such as sensors , controllers , and power supplies .
• Work closely with senior engineers and designers to integrate control hardware into complete system solutions.
• Help maintain and organize Bill of Materials (BOMs) for various projects.
• Participate in hardware testing and troubleshooting under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Contribute to documentation and ensure designs meet industry standards and customer requirements .
• Engage in learning opportunities to understand best practices in hardware design and industrial automation .

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering , Control Engineering , or a related field.
• Internship or project experience in hardware design , control systems , or automation is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical components , circuit design , and power distribution .
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD , EPLAN , SolidWorks Electrical ) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of PLC and HMI systems , and communication protocols like Ethernet/IP , PROFINET , or MODBUS is a plus, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with peers.
