Light Industrial Staffing Company Overview Our growing light industrial staffing company in New Jersey specializes in connecting qualified candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics positions across the state. With our headquarters in Princeton, we're expanding our business development team to drive growth and forge new client relationships. Position Summary We are seeking an ambitious, entry-level Business Development Associate with an MBA background to join our Princeton office. This role will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities in the light industrial sector throughout New Jersey. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential client companies needing light industrial staffing solutions Conduct research on target industries and companies to develop strategic outreach plans Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present our staffing services Develop proposals and quotations for staffing services Maintain detailed records of business development activities in our CRM system Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients Collaborate with recruitment teams to understand candidate capabilities and market trends Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets Represent the company at industry events and networking functions Qualifications MBA degree required (recent graduates welcome) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits throughout NJ Location Position is based in our Princeton, NJ office This is an in-office position; remote work is not available Immigration Information Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates International applicants with relevant education and skills are encouraged to apply What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission structure Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) Professional development opportunities Clear path for advancement within a growing company Collaborative and supportive work environment
