Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist clients & visitors with professionalism
· Answer phone calls, emails, and manage correspondence
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
· Assist with office administration and data entry
· Support staff with general clerical tasks
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a receptionist/admin role preferred
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Proficiency in [Microsoft Office / Google Workspace]
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
