Vector Energy Group is a Minority Owned, Small Business Certified energy consulting firm and electrical contractor based in Encino, CA. We provide turnkey solutions and insights on LED lighting and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. Our services include initial audit and assessment, energy analysis, rebate processing, material procurement, labor, disposal of hazardous equipment, clean up, and post-installation services. We serve commercial and industrial fields, school districts, public agencies, hotels, and multi-family apartment complexes. Vector is a licensed and bonded electrical contractor in California and only uses top-of-the-line products. We also offer rebate analysis and documentation handling as part of our core service.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Journeyman Electrician. The Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical work, maintenance and repair, troubleshooting, and teaching electrician apprentices. The role will involve working nights and traveling for work.

Qualifications

Electricity, Electrical Work, and Maintenance & Repair skills
Troubleshooting and Electrical Engineering skills
Knowledge of LED lighting is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and teach apprentice electricians
Valid Journeyman electrical contractor license in California
Relevant certifications or training in electrical systems
Valid California Drivers license
California state Journeyman Electrician License

Job Info:

This job is for 4-6 months in the Santa Barbera School District. You must be able to get to and from work reliably and be able to work 1st and 2nd shift.
