Our ideal candidate is a true sales professional—someone who can effortlessly build relationships, drive customer acquisition, and consistently exceed revenue targets. This is not a role for someone with only retail or real estate experience; we need a closer who lives and breathes sales.

Responsibilities:
- Sell with Purpose: Demonstrate, promote, and sell Sportset’s products and services by strategically presenting key value propositions to prospective customers.
- Build Strong Relationships: Maintain close communication with prospects to close sales and promote long-term customer retention.
- Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales goals.
- Track Success: Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment to ensure continuous improvement.
Shift Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Saturday/Sunday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in a high-stakes, competitive environment
- Exceptional relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales acquisition goals
- Advanced communication, selling, and negotiation skills
- Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs
