As a member of the Revenue Operation team, the JDE Pricing Sr. Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate pricing data within the JD Edwards (JDE) system, executing pricing updates, and resolving technical issues related to pricing and data integrity. You will insure maintenance of process and JDE system compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain pricing data within the JD Edwards (JDE) system.
  • Execute pricing updates and changes accurately and in a timely manner per direction from the Strategic Pricing team for Independent, GPO/IDN, Government and OUS Distributors.
  • Execute Transfer price loads and maintenance per direction of Finance team.
  • Monitor daily pricing processes to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve pricing errors, discrepancies, and issues promptly.
  • Prepare price discrepancy credit and rebill analysis for credit execution.
  • Create and review expiration reports
  • Review and prepare bulk purchase requests or other approved Marketing pricing concession programs
  • Run pricing tool macro (no programming needed, only press a button to run the tool based off research inputs.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address system-related pricing problems.
  • Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with pricing policies and guidelines.
  • Generate reports and provide analysis on pricing data and performance as required.
  • Support end-users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting related to pricing processes in JDE.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in pricing processes and system enhancements.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience in Pricing systems or related field is required
  • Proven experience in pricing execution and management within JD Edwards (JDE) or a similar ERP system.
  • Relevant certifications in JD Edwards (JDE) or ERP systems are advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of pricing structures, calculations, and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve pricing issues efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving pricing-related technical issues is a plus.
  • Proficiency to synthesize and clearly present large amounts of complex data verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage high volume and effectively balance workload
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
