Have a role open with Cloud Engineering Team at BNY Mellon, ex ce listed(yes he doesn't have java, new resource needs it). This is a net new position that is in addition to the remote role. This role will fill first

This person needs to have Java Development, in the past or currently. First round will be about Java

Needs:

Java Development

Any other language(Python, C, C++, Rust, Golang, etx)

Any Cloud experience, developing on it .

Senior Level Programming

Nice to haves:

Terraform

Job Description:

The cloud engineering team is broken down into 4 subcomponents.

Security, Data Governance, Landing Zones, Automation.

They like to pass off the resources across all 4 teams.

That is why they need both infrastructure and application knowledge.

The team is a heavy application team because typically infrastructure is easier to pick up, huge emphasis on coding and best practices(they like a java background).
