Develop and lead Next Generation Enterprise solutions for Global eCommerce.
Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable, and available applications .
Ensure applications comply with software compliance standards .
Drive technical vision and influence product roadmaps and architecture .
Lead the discovery phase of large projects and create high-level designs .
Supervise cross-functional groups of engineers, including offshore teams.
Conduct root cause analysis for critical business and production issues.
Document and maintain application corrections and improvements .
Influence decisions, build consensus, and resolve conflicts proactively .
Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment with business needs .
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
7+ years of experience in eCommerce software development .
7+ years of programming experience in highly scalable & high-performance web applications .
5+ years of experience with Open Source technologies .
4+ years of experience developing high-transaction, high-throughput systems .
2+ years of experience integrating third-party solutions into existing architectures.
2+ years of experience working in agile methodologies in a distributed team environment.
Experience with Java Design Patterns and best practices.
Strong understanding of NoSQL databases such as Cassandra or Couchbase .
Proficiency in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, NoSQL (Cassandra/Couchbase), and Maven .
Ability to communicate effectively and proactively collaborate with teams.
Hands-on coding in Java .
Developing and deploying microservices-based applications .
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define contracts and designs.
Ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of applications.
Participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers .
